The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a programme of training and development for trade union members to increase their political activism in the Labour Party, in order to increase the pool of union members with the knowledge, skills and experience to stand for elected office and to mobilise activists to lead campaigning for Labour at election time. They will be responsible for working closely with the TULO Committees in the English Regions and Scotland and Wales to support them in delivering the TULO strategy.
We are a small team, so we require someone who is able to work proactively, flexibly and collaboratively, and who shares our deep commitment to bringing the collective voices of 4 million trade unionists to the heart of the Labour Party and transforming the lives of working people for the better.
