The principal duties are: to support efficient and effective membership records management and contribution services to the Union as part of the Records Section, ensuring membership and contribution information is comprehensive and accurate in line with Union rules and Government regulations.
The successful applicants will possess: supervisory skills; effective communication;
IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office applications and databases; knowledge of direct debit and associated banking procedures; experience of managing financial records; a methodical approach and attention to detail; the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines and a flexible approach to work.
The hours of work are 34 per week: Monday to Thursday 8.45 am to 4.45 pm and Friday 8.45 am to 3.45 pm. A system of flexible working hours is in operation.
