We are seeking to appoint a Policy Officer to provide information and policy analysis, and deal with communications from members and reps. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to write in a variety of styles to suit particular audiences including articles, policy papers, speeches and material for the union’s journals and website.
Working with the Head of the General Secretary’s Office, you will provide support to the union’s national executive committee and deal with complaints and correspondence. An understanding of and involvement in trade unions is essential.

The selection process will be in two stages. Candidates successful at the first stage will be invited to a 2nd stage interview.

2nd Stage interview: Tuesday 27 March 2018
