Working with lay officers and staff colleagues, you will further develop the strength of the Union by actively engaging with members and their employers in the school environment, and by identifying organising and campaigning opportunities, whilst also recruiting, training and mentoring new members and workplace representatives.
Ideally with experience of the education sector, you will be able to use your experience of trade union organising, casework and campaigning, and your interpersonal and presentational skills, to inspire the confidence, commitment and participation of members.
