The Union Learning Fund project aims to ensure that the learning agenda is integrated into the work of the union at national, regional and branch level by promoting activities of the ULF project, recruiting and training Union Learning reps and promoting learning activity with workers especially maths, English and digital skills to underrepresented groups.

You will support the regional education team and branches to promote a learning culture in workplaces, promote and help set up a range of learning activities including learning and recruitment stalls, promotional events, workshops and other activities to achieve the Union Learning Fund priorities.

You will have excellent presentation and communication skills, both face-to-face and on paper.

A sound understanding of trade unions and their objectives is essential along with a good understanding and appreciation of the link between learning and union organising.
