About this Role


A rare opportunity has arisen for a branch development organiser to join our team in Exeter.

Key duties include working with branches to build recruitment and organising initiatives and campaigns; identifying, developing and supporting new activists; supporting branch communications; developing inactive workplaces and contributing and participating in national recruitment, organising, campaigning and training initiatives as required.

For this role, you will need experience of a similar working environment and/or understanding of working for a trade union or similar organisation; the ability to organise and deliver training as well as experience of campaigning and organising in a trade union environment. In addition, you will also have the ability to lead and develop individuals and teams/groups. You will need to travel across the region/country as required
