The post is key in supporting the branch to establish organising frameworks in the area. Helping to build the branch capacity. Negotiating pay claims, campaigning and developing an effective union.
Experience in grievance and disciplinaries as well as negotiating with the employer on Terms and Conditions etc. The post involves travel outside of the office to fulfil the role.
