The post requires travel outside of the office to fulfil the role. To provide full access to advice, representation, support and guidance to members of the branch within the voluntary, private and community sector. To contribute to and improve recruitment and communication within branch and these sectors.
Experience in all aspects of grievance, disciplinaries and sickness policies is essential.
