The Chair of the Low Pay Commission, Sir David Norgrove wrote to Frances O'Grady on the impact of EU migration on low pay in the UK.

Frances drew attention to this letter during the Channel 4 referendum debate. It states that the effect of the expected damage to economic performance if the UK were to leave the EU would influence low pay more strongly than EU migration.
