Thank you to everyone who has contacted their Member of Parliament in recent months over the issue of regional and localised public sector pay. Many MPs from across the political spectrum are now on record against the issue including parliamentarians from the Conservative Party, DUP, Labour Party, Liberal Democrats, Plaid Cymru, SDLP and SNP.
We know a significant number of MPs have made private representations, however we think it is worth congratulating all MPs who have put on record their opposition to regional pay plans and in doing so have put their constituents first on this issue.
Every day we will be listing MPs from each region who have spoken out on this issue. If your MP is opposed to regional pay and is not on this list then please email nfoster@tuc.org.uk and we will ensure they are added to the Hall of Fame.
