Commenting on the publication today (Thursday) of ONS data on green jobs in the UK, which shows a fall in total direct and indirect jobs in low carbon and renewable energy between 2014 and 2015, TUC General Secretary Frances O’Grady said:

“Green tech is growing rapidly all over the world, but the government is failing to get us a piece of the action.

“We’re losing out on good quality jobs, and falling behind the competition for the industries that will dominate the 21st century.”
