Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and to be given the chance to participate fully in the workplace without compromising their family commitments or general wellbeing.

It is a priority for unions to improve benefits and entitlements on flexible working. As a union rep, you are in a good position to work with employers when it comes to flexible working. Particularly as it can benefit both the workers and the employer.

Flexible working is probably the best way for an organisation to offer a good work life balance to its staff.
