Last Wednesday (30th October) Frances O' Grady addressed business leaders as part of the University of West England’s ‘Distinguished Executives’ series of events. In her speech, Frances called for a new kind of economy, one in which green industries, backed by government, created new, high-quality jobs across the South West. The speech was picked up in a number of regional newspapers including the Western Daily Press, the Gloucestershire Echo and the Bristol Evening Post.
