Overview

Young workers are facing a mental health crisis. Even before the pandemic many workplaces were simply not equipped to support workers who were having difficulty managing their mental health. For trade unions mental health is a health and safety issue that should form part of our collective bargaining agenda.

This webinar will aim to offer practical advice for young workers in managing their mental health at work while also providing young reps with ideas on campaigns they can take back to the negotiating table.

Speakers include:

  • Kendal Bromley, Vice-Chair TUC Young Workers Forum: Campaigning on Mental Health in the Workplace
  • Susanne Nichol and Ken Gyles: Practical guide to managing mental health at work

This is open to young people between the ages of 18 - 35
