In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week TUC Education will be hosting a webinar on protecting worker’s mental health. 

Join us and hear from Andrea Oates, writer for the Labour Research Department, who will talk through practical steps reps can take around negotiating a mental health policy using negotiation, consultation rights and using safety reps’ powers and union guidance.

We will be joined by senior union reps from FBU, FDA and Unite, who will discuss their experiences of negotiating mental health policies and training opportunities and how this has helped their workplaces and colleagues.
