Overview

Skills for 2021

We are holding a one-day online conference for Union Learning Reps and those interested in the role.

The conference will explore the role of the Union Learning Rep (ULR) considering the changing world of work.

Workplace learning has an increasingly important role to play to respond to the challenges posed by issues such as changing working patterns, equality in the workplace, automation and decarbonisation, not to mention the employment crisis caused by Covid-19. The role of the ULR will need to adapt to these changes also.

The conference will feature presentations, interviews and workshops.
