We all deserve respect and fair treatment at work. When everyone can make the most of their hard work and talents, we’re all better off. But too many working people still face prejudice and discrimination in the workplace. 

This conference will see the NTUC equality groups come together to learn more about current equality issues faced within the workplace and discuss what the trade union movement can do to help tackle them. Please come along and join the conversation!

• Women and the workplace
• Social model of disability 
• LGBT+ collective bargaining 
• TUC anti-racism taskforce
