Join us at 6pm on Wednesday 08 December 2021 for our TUC North West Black Workers Forum. This online meeting will be looking at the Black Lives Matter movement and what role trade unions can play.

During the session we will be in discussion with our special guest Kehinde Andrews, author of The New Age of Empire - How racism and colonialism still rule the world and the UK's first Professor of Black Studies at Birmingham City University. Kehinde is also the founder of the Harambee Organisation of Black Unity and editor-in-chief of Make in Plain.

An introduction will be followed by a Q&A. This meeting has been organised by the TUC North West Black Workers Committee.
