Course for Trade Union Reps and Members in the Northern Region
Come and join our exciting new Women in leadership programme – ‘stepping up’ course, for those wishing to develop their leadership positions within the trade union movement, or build their CV skills to advance into leadership roles within their organisation and communities. This course for Women trade unionists, will be delivered in the TUC’s Northern region over 5 days between February and September 2018 and will require some online learning and development too. Together we will explore activism, campaigning, motivation, media skills and much much more.
The course is free to attend and places are limited to 25. If you are interested in applying please approach your union for support in the first instance.
Please note, the TUC will not cover any expenses or costs incurred by applicants participating in the course and parliamentary visit. Please speak to your union if you have any queries.
