The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) is a Crown non-departmental public body of the Government of the United Kingdom. Its purpose is to improve organisations and working life through the promotion and facilitation of strong industrial relations practice.

Following successful online Seminar for colleagues in the East of England we are pleased to announce our annual seminar with ACAS London.

Please note this event is for London based reps and officers (we are looking at dates for a follow up event to the East of England seminar and planning to talk to ACAS about an event covering the South East) and places will be capped at 40 to allow for effective discussion in the breakout sections.

The focus will be on support during redundancy consultation, along with a presentation on employment law updates by Sophie Park, from Patterson and Brewer and an update on collective consultation processes from ACAS Chief Conciliator, David Prince
