In partnership with Innerspace, unionlearn has organised this 20-minute meditation session to help relax your mind, refresh your focus and recharge your energy.
The session will provide some time to focus on mental health and wellbeing, Amisha Bhavsar is offering a free to attend guided meditation session suitable for all, whether you practice meditation regularly or are a newcomer to mindful practices.
