Fair Pay Fortnight
From 16 February to 1 March 2015 the TUC is running Fair Pay Fortnight, a series of events across the country that will raise awareness about Britain’s cost of living crisis. Fair Pay Fortnight Activity - Hebburn School
Organised by South Tyneside Public Services Alliance and UNISON. UNISON is linking Fair Pay Fortnight and the living wage into workplaces in South Tyneside. South Tyneside Council has pledged that all staff will move in line with living wage by April 2016.  The activities are to engage with members regarding the rise from April 2015 and full implementation of the living wage by 2016.
