Reaching young workers
The experience of work has fundamentally changed for many young people, and they are facing new challenges. As a movement we must rise to this by exploring new models of organising and ensuring the trade union offer adapts to meet their needs.
Our objectives
This project is developing and testing new models of collective organising that are attractive for young workers and will finally scale up those which show promise.
This is an innovation project. But that doesn't mean what emerges will be an idea no one's ever thought of before. It's much more likely to feel familiar and make sense when you hear it. The innovative part is delivering it in just the right way so that it works for younger workers in the private sector.
