Writers’ Guild of Great Britain

The Writers' Guild of Great Britain (WGGB) represents writers in TV, film, theatre, radio, books, poetry, animation and videogames.

We represent professional writers and we also have a special (discounted) membership tier for emerging/aspiring writers. We lobby and campaign on behalf of writers, to ensure their voices are heard in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

- Candidate membership: £108 per annum
- Full membership: £198 for the first year, then earning-based subscription bands for subsequent years
- Affiliate membership (eg for writers' agents) £300 per annum
- Subs can be paid by a one-off payment or in installments by Direct Debit
