UCU announce plans for TUC Young Workers Month

UCU’s planned activities for Young Members Month:

•          Urging every branch to ‘recruit a young member in November’
•          Writing to all young members, asking them to share their experiences of low pay and casualisation in the workplace
•          Raising awareness of our CPD programme which features many resources useful for early career workers
•         Running our annual Anti-casualisation day of action, highlighting the issues faced by so many young workers in further and higher education
