Join us this Saturday, when people from across the country will march in York, to tell the Liberal Democrats that there is a better way to grow our economy and protect our society than the coalition’s austerity policies.
As the event takes place on International Women’s Day, we have lined up some great speakers to reflect on the disproportionate impact of austerity on women. Speakers include Kate Fox, comedian, poet, writer; Sue Marsh, disability campaigner; Kate Lock, environmental columnist; Kay Carberry, TUC Assistant General Secretary; Liz Kitching, campaigner and many more. See full list of speakers
The march will assemble at 11am outside Clifford’s Tower, Tower Street, York, YO1 9SA before leaving at 11.30am. See route map and full details
