2. Don't let employers use agency temps to break strikes

One of the most harmful proposals in the Government's trade union reform plan is overturning the longstanding ban on using agency temp workers to break strikes. Allowing employers to use agency workers in this way would undermine all workers.

3. Let us vote! Allow unions to ballot members online

The Government believe that too many strike ballots are being won on too low a voter turn out, calling their legitimacy into question. They've proposed a Trade Union Bill to tackle this, which would set a minimum threshold of 50% casting a vote for the ballot to be deemed legitimate.

4. We want to hear from you

No-one takes the difficult decision to go on strike lightly. But protecting the right to take strike action is key to making employers listen to workers. If you have been involved in a recent dispute that has resulted in strike action, please tell us your story.
