The TUC Stress MoT - People survey

A simple test to help safety reps to find out whether their employer is managing the risks of work-related stress effectively. The test contains instructions for use in the workplace at www.tuc.org.uk/h_and_s/tuc-5579-f0.cfm and two surveys - a people survey (THIS SECTION) to find out what is causing the worst problems for the workforce, and an organisation survey at www.tuc.org.uk/h_and_s/tuc-5581-f0.cfm to check how well the risks are being managed. If your workplace 'fails' the TUC stress MoT, it's time to call on management to conduct a proper risk assessment and maybe a stress audit. Issued in word format (for downloading and editing) or pdf format for printing off and using directly, as part of the TUC's contribution to European Week for Health and Safety at Work 2002.
