TUC's workSMART gets smarter

workSMART.org.uk, the TUC's work advice website has been redesigned and expanded to feature more useful jobs content for site users and syndication partners.

In addition to around 2,000 pages of plain English (and jargon-annotated) guidance on employment law, well-being at work, and pay and pensions, the new site includes additional content on making the most of your career, including finding and getting a new job or winning a pay rise, in time for the new year's resolutions. A new look with more cross-selling opportunities makes the most of workSMART's regular new interactive tools and topical features.

workSMART is a key part of the TUC's organisational mission to improve people's working lives, by providing free and impartial information and links to useful sources of further help. The site's advice is also syndicated to several other web properties, including Tiscali Jobs, and the TUC is aiming to work with more commercial sites in 2006.
