| The future of Britain is multiracial and
diverse – this we should celebrate. Nobody should have to tolerate the pain and
indignity of racism at work. In this new century everyone – young and old, whatever
colour, creed, social origin, or political belief – should affirm their commitment to
root out racism in our society. Best wishes
