Terms and Conditions
Pricing
Customers belonging to TUC member organisations are often eligible for reduced prices ('member prices') on certain publications.
Customers belonging to educational institutions may be eligible for reduced prices ('educational prices') on certain publications.
Pricing eligibility will be verified before goods are dispatched. The TUC is under no obligation to supply any publications at member or educational prices if you are not deemed eligible for the discount pricing and a full refund will be made, if appropriate.
Some copies of publications are eligible for bulk discounts, contact TUC publications for more information about bulk order rates.
The TUC is under no obligation to ship publications to addresses which do not correspond to the postage and packing rates applied based on the postage and packing terms in place when the order was placed.
We may need to contact you by email or telephone if there are any queries with your order.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your goods to you within 14 days. Occasionally, especially over holidays and busy periods, this may take a little longer. Full refunds will be provided if goods are not provided within 30 days of placing an order, unless we state otherwise in writing.
Ways of paying
Publications can be paid for either by cheque (UK banks) or Visa (excluding Delta and Visa Electron), MasterCard, Switch or JCB payment cards using our secure server.
If you are ordering on behalf of a TUC member organisation, your order can be billed directly to your union's account. Account orders will be verified before goods are dispatched.
Please do not send cash by post. Do not send payment card details by email.
Cancellation of orders
You have a right to cancel with 10 working days; a full refund of any monies will be provided. Only genuine and valid orders will be honoured.
Copyright
The TUC retains copyright on all printed materials unless stated otherwise in the publication. No reproduction or copy of our publications may be made without written permission from the TUC.
