All the money you give will go to funding trade union organisation in Iraq. The TUC makes no deductions from your donation for administration. TUC condemns attempt to kill Iraqi journalists' leader
The TUC has joined Iraqi unions and the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) in condemning the attempt to assassinate the President of the Iraqi Union of Journalists in Baghdad this morning (Saturday), and has called on the Iraqi Government to stop harrassing trade unions.

Iraqi government uses Saddam's laws against trade unions
The TUC has protested formally to the Iraqi Prime Minister over an internal oil ministry memo which urges managers to use Saddam Hussein's law banning public sector unions against workers in the oil industry. TUC General Secretary Brendan Barber has also raised the matter with UK Ministers.
