Make malaria medical history!

On the first World Malaria Day (25 April 2008), the Malaria Consortium held a meeting at Congress House, hosted by the TUC. General Councillor Gail Cartmail gave a keynote speech setting out the interest and role of trade unionists in combating malaria, which kills a million people a year, and cuts 1.3% off the GDP of affected nations.
