Tackling trafficking through workers' rights

The TUC's submission to the Home Office's January 2006 consultation on trafficking. The TUC's response takes a rights-based approach and argues for undocumented workers to have enforceable employment rights; for the British Government to sign the European Convention on Action Against Trafficking in Human Beings; and for trafficked workers to be treated as victims and provided appropriate support.
