What can you do?

Solidarity is a key value of trade unionism, and developing global solidarity is one of the TUC's strategic objectives.

The TUC wants unions and union members to take action to support our sisters and brothers around the world. On this page you can find links to the following:

  • donating money and raising funds in solidarity with trade unionists in need through TUC Aid;
  • support for workers' struggles around the world - including industrial disputes;
  • protesting about abuses of trade union and other human rights in other countries; and
  • campaigning for global economic justice - core labour standards, and end to debt, trade justice and fairness, more and better aid, and quality public services.
