In 40 slides, TUC consultant Jane Paul sets out what causes stress at work, how to conduct a risk assessment, what measures could be taken to manage those risks, and how unions and employers can work on stress in partnership. The approach is based on well-established risk management methods which should be familiar to safety reps, and uses examples of stressors like violence and bullying.
