As part of its activities to mark the ICFTU Day of Action, the TUC supported a Trade Justice Parade with NGOs in Central London on Saturday, 03 November. It was a colourful event with a turn-out of about 5,000 people. The message to the government was make trade work for people, particularly the poorest.

Activities on globalisation in all TUC courses. This should reach between 1,000 and 1,500 workplace reps who will be encouraged to use the materials provided by the TUC to promote activites in their own workplace to coincide with the day of action.
