Motions and composites?
This site combines the original motions, with their amendments as submitted, as well as motions which have been composited. Composites are motions which have been combined for debate, due to their similar themes.
Motions are not necessarily taken in the order in which they are numbered, and the running order is subject to further change during the event. As Congress debates the motions over the 4 days of the event, this site will change to reflect the results of votes, and the position in the programme of business.
