Equality Deficit

The Equality Deficit conference

Public spending cuts are hitting the most vulnerable. Welfare reform, reduced educational opportunities, cuts to advice services and legal support, and the reorganisation and contracting out of public services all threaten the future of equality.
This conference brings together a host of speakers from the trade unions, voluntary sector, campaigners, researchers and writers to share strategies and tools to defend opportunity and fairness.
