Calling All Trustees!

Issue date

Calling all trustees

These days pensions are rarely out of the news and union trustees of company pension schemes face a range of challenges.

That’s why the TUC is looking to recruit more members to its growing trustee network in order to provide an information and advice resource for trade union trustees.

TUC Member Trustees Network is currently around 1000-strong and covers pension funds of all sizes across the UK. Membership of the network is free. Those joining receive a quarterly newsletter, regular mail-outs on pensions and investment issues, and access to TUC events specifically aimed at trustees. Members can choose to receive information electronically, in hard copy form or both.

Those in the Member Trustees Network also take part in TUC research on pensions issues. Many trustees have submitted information for use in the TUC’s Pay Up For Pensions campaign, and network members have also recently taken part in a major survey on socially responsible investment.

And the TUC has both a pensions officer and an investment officer who can provide further information and advice to trustees.

If you would like to join the TUC Member Trustees Network please fill in the form below and click the submit button (please provide as much information as you can). You will then become a member of the Network and start receiving regular trustee information.
