Regions announce planning meetings for TUC Young Workers Month, November 2014

Issue date

TUC Young Workers Month is coming up in November 2014. TUC National Young Workers Forum delegates have requested that as part of the TUC’s Commitment to the month there be an event in each TUC region on the issue of either Pay or Political Education (Priority Campaigns voted on at Young Workers Conference, March 2014).

Sponsors from the national forum have agreed to help plan, promote and organise events is their region. National delegates are working with TUC Regional Secretaries and Regional Young Members Networks and have now set up initial event planning meetings.

The meetings are open to young trade unionists in the area. They are an opportunity for young union members to shape Young Workers Month in their region.

If you, or members of your unions regional young members committee/networks would like to attend any of the planning meetings below, please email the contact person listed.
